As a double Black belt this saying "Black Belts can't fight is true". Training in the Art of Martial is training. It is not experienced. In my first actual fight, having my first Balck belt already was an eye opener. I could not think about my moves I was responding to the attack. In my second actual street fight, I again was just in defense mode. It wasn't until somewhere in the actual fight that I started to think. I can do this instead. And did it. Third street fight. I'll just wait for this move and counter with that move. Until the swing is changed midair. Oh, I certainly did not expect that. Eight actual street fight. I do not want to fight with you. I will hurt you. It will not be pleasing. I was trained and have experience in fighting. Huge difference from first street fight to fifth street fight. To last street fight I was in.
