hey Brenda! just a curious question, if you're able to afford up to 2-3k a month on rent, why not just buy a private condo because loan repayment monthly for an average condo is also about 2-3k? then in that way you'll also have a house of your own and you can sell it eventually. hope this is not offensive, i genuinely am wondering why you prefer the rent route! and also loveeee your videos! thank you for the veeeery useful and genuine tips, you've always been the big sis we've all never had hahaha how would we have known all these things without you gah!
