Can u make videos about verbs in Hebrew ~ like more explain about the 7 ways to express verbs in Hebrew, thank you
Many of my video lessons are about a verb group. I believe they should be taught separately
I do am enjoying learning the alphabet someone actually my teacher encouraged me to look at and listen on UTube to you and this has helped to strengthen my little understanding of the strange language
Thank you very much!
וואו, תודה
I learned that in ancient Hebrew that nikkud similar to a little cross under the letter used to be pronounced as “O” sound, but in modern Hebrew most of the time is pronounced as an “A” sound.
For this reason there are some words that preserve the ancient “O” pronunciation like the word “Kol” that you have taught
Excellent ! Toda raba !
Thank you very much!

Thank you for showing those differences. I have only problem, for now, to differentiate: haf sofit, vav and daled, and I cant find anywhere all letters written in all versions. In your video there are three type to write letter. It would be great to see all letters, written in all forms in same place.

Thank you, interesting lessons. If you want permanent lines on a whiteboard you can try draw them with permanent marker (have heard that it possible to remove them later with rubbing alcohol or something - personally do not try but some say :) )
Thank you very much!
You can get it off with writing over it with a white board marker pen and then erasing it
Thanks!
תודה
Gooood

God bless.
Thank you very much!
@@DanielGanorLearnHebrew No problem, I was wondering. Since Israelis don't really use the niqqud, is there an easy way to learn Hebrew without first learning the niqqud?
@@DanielGanorLearnHebrew Thanks.
@@DanielGanorLearnHebrew Thanks.
You're welcome!
If there is a hei at the end of vav like HASHEMS HOLY NAME it would make a "Va" sound B"h
Thanks🌹🇮🇱
You are a very good teacher, but I do not understand why you do not teach the letters in order.
Hello, Mr. Daniel, how are you? Im having trouble downloading some of the work exercise you prepared. Don't know if you have to give permission. I was able to download lessons from 1 to 7 and 1, 3 of the Hebrew alef bet. Is it something on your end? And thanks alot for your time and teaching of the Hebrew language and preparing the practice exercise for us.
Very tough to understand but trying to understand
What words can the letter ל stand for I am reading בְרֵאשִׁית and words like לָאוֹר?
Shabbat Shalom Daniel. How do I download your lessons.
Shalom Daniel I know it was in lesson one but I have a question with the letter yod. I was telling a neighbor about your channel. and she said she always pronounced and spelled the letter yod as yud. Is yod and yud used interchangeably or both acceptable? Hmmmm, now as I am typing this question, and listening to this, it sounds like you started out saying yod but as you said it a few times I did hear more of a yud sound. Is I guess both pronunciations are used? Toda raba.
You can use both YUD and YOD interchangeably. The name of the letter is pretty old and probably changed over time. Hope it helps :)
I believe the formal name is Yod but we mostly call it Yud.
@@DanielGanorLearnHebrew and Learn Hebrew Thank you for your replies.
You're welcome!
👍
Hi Daniel, please the hebrew alphabet " hé" at the end of a word, does it mean the female of something or a person? Thank you very much!
Yes, most of the time it denotes female
Thank you, btw someone was really mad outside. xD
Lol. You're welcome!
HOW DO YOU SPELL YOEL IN HEBREW
יואל
Hallo you have 2 v letter in Hebrew ? one is concluded from B and the second one comes here please clear this
Yes, two letters with the sound v. One is ו and the second is ב without dagesh.
If the shwa is voiceless and the last "vowel" of the word, why adding it at all?
Why is alef in the word bo silent?
The one thing confusing to me is that there's several ways to write the same thing. You introduced like three ways to write "bo"
This is very common in other languages as well. For example, in English the sound ee can be written as ee, ea, ie..
What is the meaning of HAYTI in HEBREW?
Nikud is difficult for me.
אנל is like Akal in Arabic which means he ate
הוא אכל
I'm Algerian so I can say the sound of"כ"
I am currently learning Hebrew on Duolingo, and this should be useful - but it is infuriatingly slow. Even watching it at speed x2 it is far too slow and long-winded.
