Is there kaf sofit and haf sofit? is there pei sofit and fei sofit also? and i have seen lamed , daled with dagesh, what is sound of that?

Just chaf sofit and fei sofit.
Other letters with dagesh, like deled and lamed, are pronounced the same.

Thanks! I have a question. From Hatikva:
וּלְפַאֲתֵי is Ulfa’ate and lamed is L
לְצִיּוֹן is le cion and lamed is LE
in both cases they have only shva, so why then?

Sometimes shwa is E. Actually many would pronounce lefa'atei. Usually when it is difficult to pronounce, we pronounce shwa as E.
