Bought this down at Osme in Miami two weeks ago and it is fantastic. Now just waiting for some warmer weather here in NYC to wear it in! Some people say it gets very smokey on them, but it doesn't on me. I almost wish I got some more of the cade/guaic smokiness. But as you say, the lime/mixed citrus opening is beautiful and it lasts about 8 hours on me.
I recently sampled Guidance, and was surprised at how it smelled based on the notes. Thanks for your review of Search, Steven. I wasn't interested before, but now I'm curious to get my nose on it!
I really like how you do your reviews. It's like a fragrance adventure. You always give some background history on a fragrance, and ust generally a nice introduction on all fragrances and then the actual review. Needless to say I also love that you cover presentation and the box. Absolutely love your fragrance channel bro.
Great review! We met Alexis the presumer that behind this fragrance, such a talented brilliant young man. This is a very nice icon that he contributed to Amouage. The dried lemon he used in the opening is very unique and pleasant.
I got this and the other three samples in the ScentXplore pack so it’s old news for me as I’ve been sniffing and savoring the samples for awhile. Search is fantastic. Long lasting citrus that dries down with some deep cedar or iso e super. I did get a compliment at work. I would love a full bottle of this one someday. This will be perfect for spring and summer. Great content as always!

Amouage has really grown to be my favorite Niche house. I have beach hut man and reflection man. This seems to be right up my ally. Would love to make this a new addition to my collection.

This one sounds like something I'd really enjoy too. I loved your point about incense not necessarily smelling smoky by default; it's taken me quite awhile to come to terms with that fact 😅 Great work as always.
I love the house of amouage, i have a few but my favorite is from a women's line which is memoir. Their new release and colors of the bottle are gorgeous!Search is on my list and very intrigued with combination of smoke and citruses ☺️ ❤ From the Philippines
I live in a temperate climate and having g citrus dominant fragrances is more important to me than anything, it does great on skin too. Followed both instagram accounts in the giveaway.
Huge Amouage fan here & I really like this one, but I'm still undecided about Lineage. I really don't like Purpose or Guidance though, both by Quentin Bisch, who I feel only makes very juvenile fragrances with little quality.
Got my nose on it at Obsetum here in Romania... I am a bit underwhelmed by it... Was expecting more from an Amouage... A bit too simplistic, but at least the quality is there

The bright opening followed by the dark incense sounds up my alley! I love spring/summer scents that still maintain depth!

I tested Search, Meander and Enclave at the airport duty free last week. Ended up with Meander. But I like Search too..Will get it some other time

Amouage Search sounds like a winner for those of us who love fresh citrus scents, incense and the summer months!

The only problem with you is you are too positive in every review and your longevity ratings are boosted imo.
And everything is totally unissex, which we know is not always true
They could have choose a better name for this fragrance
