Thanks for the review brother, I've been trying to find a 'trusted' review of this fragrance nd found you had a long one, so naturally watched it, as I respect your views and knowledge, and it's swayed me to maybe grab this. Thanks once again
Deeply insightful review. Before I saw this video I collected my thoughts, which wholly agree. I think anytime one wants to enjoy a fire, but has no fireplace, say, this scent suits. A rainy summer urban night? Absolutely! I think 7+ sprays may be just right...with the tiniest touch up of DIOR Cologne whenever (or Jacques Bogart One Man Show Oud Edition).
A classic scent, imo. What would really make it a standard amongst all-time classics for is if the citrus accord would remain.
May be suitable for the urban soul missing that outdoor aroma that only a fireplace in the cabin in the woods can give, because if I was there I'd be wearing something else fo sho. Maybe inside the cabin we are burning myrrh.
I've smelled nothing like it, although Gucci Guilty Absolute and Bentley for Men Absolute present similar vibes.
Yo! Great review. I had the good fortune to smell this fragrance during the Amouage reveal at ScentXplore 2023. I liked a few from this new line BUT Search positively captivated me. I grabbed a bottle as soon as Search became available! I gave myself spray this evening while watching your review BUT have not given this gem a proper wearing yet because I’m still awaiting sustained cold temps I New Jersey. I am an unabashed Amouage FanBoy and love this release!

I have been helping support a woman for about the last four years. I felt obligated to for reasons. Decided this year that was over. The last two months I have spent the money I usually use to pay her bills to buy fags. That first time was hard. It felt wrong. That next time......not so much. Fast forward a couple months and I am genuinely concerned 🫣

I need an amouage fragrance in my collection
i love overture, black iris,epic and royal tobacco DNA. Do you think Search into that direction. Please suggest me coz i wanna get a bottle if its in that direction
Amouage is a 2 spray maximum. My favorite at the moment is Tobacco Royal 2 sprays. Beach Hut Man 2 sprays. Lyric Man is the only one I can do 3 to 5 sprays.
Amouage is 6 or 7 minimum for me.
I absolutely love this house.
Pls I need to know, recently acquired Lyric and it seems to be the weakest of my Amouage collection. I love it but it doesn't seem to project as strongly and the performance seems very weak.
For full disclosure I have Beach Hut, Jubilation, Epic, Interlude and Reflection.
Is this how Lyric is? Seems super weak compared to the other 5.

Lyric. Jubilation XXV smells lovely, but the longevity is horrible

Don't know about you guys, but to me the presentation is quite simple, nothing that could make you think in a prestigius product. Bottle looks like a soap bottle like the ones you could buy in Target and the packaging is nothing outstanding or elevated. Just saying...
