Just listen to ALL the work of IR from 1976-till date. There are SEVERAL albums/songs/background scores he experimented and was still able to give GREAT timeless soulful music.

MSV pioneered the western orchestration way back in the 50's, who has been generous enough not to demand Royalty. Again we have PROS in western Music ( Professors in world most renowned University). Defending the musical theft is only futile.
