- We're back on the vlog this week by visiting Gamboa Bike park which happens to be in the Panama Canal itself. I am no professional rider, but I do enjoy the intensity of downhill riding and a few obstacles here and there.
I certainly paid my dues in this instance, but I'll be back again to do another episode as I heal up and progress. Enjoy!

Awesome video! Good to see you back in action. Sorry about your crash and burn... Your vids bring back memories. I lived in the former Canal Zone during my high-school years 80-83 as an army brat. Gamboa was a pretty place to visit even back in those days as well. The Resort used to be a golf course and clubhouse. When closed it operated as a BSA camp until the final days of the Panama Canal Treaty.

Love this video! What a rush. Gave me pause to try it after seeing that fall. The ladies looked like they had no problem. Do they just have more experience there on the trail?
Those ladies are super fit! So they didn't struggle as much as I did on the climb. Going back down, they took it easy and slowly while I took on the obstacles and went as fast as I could. I like the adrenaline spike 😁

Edit: I've never been more nervous eating breakfast lol. Also I don't know which is yours, but please try not to mess up your dominant hand. My mom broke her left (dominant) wrist when she fell playing tennis over 10 yrs ago and it still doesn't look right, and she had to relearn how to write. I like the way (actually ADMIRE THE HECK OUT OF "Adventure Rich") for how he'd fall off the horse, shake it off, and get back on it! Now that's a lesson on how to be a REAL man. Dude, get some hydrogen peroxide on that knee and some Neosporin antibacterial ointment and wrap it up....ASAP, loco. Believe me, you do NOT want that knee to get infected to rass mon.
