Does it blink once or constantly and then does the motherboard turn off correctly after the blink?

@@techcontrolofficial The pc shuts down with a click sound , yes it does blink only once.

That's fine, my motherboard does the exact same, that's the way they shut down and it's nothing to worry about.

@@techcontrolofficial but i would like to add that earlier it wasnt like this , all this happening after i installed a new Ryzen 5 5600x , old one didnt had this blink

That's interesting, I can't remember if my 3600x was different 🤔. I can tell you that my 5600x shuts the same way as you described and it doesn't seem to affect anything.
