FIXED - MISSING SYSTEM COOLING POLICY | WIN 11 | WIN 10

Here is a quick video on adding the "SYSTEM COOLING POLICY" manually with a simple command you copy and paste the following command.
Run this command as an Admin WITHOUT the ##
Copy and right-click in Command to paste.

Thanks, I was able to add the system cooling policy and change both to passive, also reduced the percentage to 85% and it still is making a noise! I spoke to a Lenovo tech person who said the the Lenovo slim laptop are made to make noise! 🙄I don't mind some noise but it is going off about 90% of the time, I don't know what else to do to resolve the problem!😥

i'm sorry, but when i copy paste it and enter, it somehow said that "ERROR: access is denied." is there any problem with it?

You have to be an admin or know the admin password.

You’ll need to clean out the fan or replace it.

Right click "Command Prompt"- select "Run as administrator"
