- Here is a quick video on adding the "SYSTEM COOLING POLICY" manually with a simple command you copy and paste the following command.
Run this command as an Admin WITHOUT the ##
Copy and right-click in Command to paste.

Thanks, I was able to add the system cooling policy and change both to passive, also reduced the percentage to 85% and it still is making a noise! I spoke to a Lenovo tech person who said the the Lenovo slim laptop are made to make noise! 🙄I don't mind some noise but it is going off about 90% of the time, I don't know what else to do to resolve the problem!😥
i'm sorry, but when i copy paste it and enter, it somehow said that "ERROR: access is denied." is there any problem with it?

You have to be an admin or know the admin password.
@@techcontrolofficial followed the steps but it keeps on making noises now
You’ll need to clean out the fan or replace it.
Right click "Command Prompt"- select "Run as administrator"
