Thank you for doing a good job with our music in the background and actually explaining things. I hope you have some more current versions of this not so old. Five years is a long time ago and galaxy far far away. Would like to see something on proper placement and where I need to locate it. I only have 70 mm x 70 mm. It's good for starting and learning. Do you have any beginner courses available in your listings of other videos?
Do These instructions apply to any fiber, laser . I have. Genmitsu Z5-1 Fiber Laser can you do something more current years software? Or has software not changed that much. Every time I go to the textbook and type something, it doesn't change it still says the same thing text. how do I change that? I just wanna start with functions and then I'll work my way up. I've been using Lightburn for the last two years, almost 3 with my other three lasers. Fiber lasers brand new just got it yesterday I thought I would start with something simple and not too expensive at first get to know it and then move onto something more powerful later, but I didn't want to spend too much on a limited budget.
First of all I want to thank you for these great "How-To" videos on these Fiber lasers. You are saving a lot of folks a lot of time. I just got mine and it looks just like yours. It's a 30w. I see that you seem to have yours in a garage. The paperwork I got is conflicting. It says it will operate in harsh environments but it also says it must not be kept in a higher humidity environment. I have set mine up in my house in a spare bedroom. Do you see ant reason that is a bad idea?
Marvelous explication!!! If you will engraved wood, what setting you use? I get burned wood or not engraved I know the fiber laser aren't the best for engraving wood, I just need engraving some texts
So it pays to create a table of Laser timings if you wish to laser at different speeds - what is the rationale for only lasering at 1500? Curious and thank you for the information :)
@@ajimachining2537 thank you for the reply - after peforming a few tests I have arrived at a good setting for the timing - thank you for the inspiration to check mine
Try uni directional (not zigzag), higher frequency and slower speed. .01 spacing on the hatch and raise the focus a little. You don't want to burn the stainless, you want to heat it.
@@ajimachining2537 Will do that thanks. Might I suggest a video idea? How about doing photo engravings on Stainless and other materials. Maybe ABS plastics as well. Thank you.
But I have a little problems ..if you have watsapp or messenger .then plzzz give me your number ... I shall be very thankful to you .. on this way I will show you my machine and I can learn from you .. how to use it
To bad EZCAD doesn't have a computer algorithm that changes the on off timing in relation to the speed after you complete a timing check. Sure it's all just math... lol

I have mine in my shop bay. No AC in Florida (Miami), so high humility in the summer. I have not had any issues in 4 years that I have it.
Marvelous explication!!!

I get burned wood or not engraved
I know the fiber laser aren't the best for engraving wood, I just need engraving some texts
I have not done wood because I have a co2 for that. All I can say is experiment with scrap

For me 1500 works as a good all around setting for what I do so I don't have to keep changing it.

What is use off ENDTC our poliyogo
What is your recommendation on the hatch settings for doing stainless steel? My markings are brown instead of black, thanks in advance.

@@Angryhelder i will put them on the todo list.
Minute 2:55 where do you find the setting of your machine mine is a raycus 50w
Should have a data tag on the power supply
Sorry I Misunderstood your question this is trial-and-error to get a setting that works for your laser
Will this fix the issue of uneven engraving where some part of the picture is lighter than other areas?
It might depending on the size and speed.
Do you set the timing and delay for each speed?
You might have to if the speed is a drastic change
What does this sentence mean?
demo version only for evaluation
The software is running without the security key so it is restricted to a demo version. It can not save files when in demo mode.
