la mejor explicacion para usar la fibra laser, jamas puede encontrar un tutorial en espanol que te dijera todo lo que nos esenaste. saludos bendiciones
This is awesome! Thank you for the information. Question you were talking about split lines. I’m having that issue. How can I fix my timing so this doesn’t happen?
thank you so much for your help . I would like to you to show us the parameters for engraving a external pattern on a round band that fit all around Thank you
The round head clamp is different on my rotary. How do I change the head from the one I have. It came with my laser. Mine doesn't have that big chuck key. It's just sprung.
The rotor settings match the rotor driver settings which is built inside. You probably find some rotor settings here facebook.com/groups/368089227540080/
I know this is an older video, so I hope you respond. But why did the change of diameter from yeti to arctic change the focal length? Please and thank you
@7:02 you mention "if your laser start and laser stop are off it ill give you problems" how do you figure those setting out. I am trying to do a graphic similar to yours and i get gaps (3mm gaps) when the thing rotates
In your video, you said something about having lines in your final drawing, what does the laser fire on and off have to be set at to get away from that happing? what else can I do to get a clean image?
I tried using the 3mm split size on a a solid color object on the rotary and I get a noticeable line every 3mm instead of a solid object, what am I missing?
Great video just what I have been looking for just received my machine and learning everyday..one question why do my red lines go vertical and not horizontal?
Excellent video! How would you compare this to a standard co2 laser for tumblers? Which would be best for engraving in bulk? We are planning to purchase a traditional co2 laser with rotary tool.
I don't have a CO2 engraver so I can't comment. I know with some of the more difficult coatings, my fiber laser has no issues cutting through with no cleaning afterwards.
Hi sir good evening..Nice job.sir I have a question possible to help me out My machine is 50w and I want gold and silver engraving and photos..possible to tell me how much speed and power and frequency I put.. Thanks
Bom dia!!
Thank you Sir for your video, learnt a lot from it. I still have a question though: how did you find your initial focus lenght of 465? I have a 30W Raycus with a 175x175 lenses that focuses at 160mm, then I add the hight of my rotary + cup & adjust my tower accordingly with DRO but still not working... Any thoughts on solving this problem? Tia
I think you would benefit from casting an epoxy mandrel for the various cups that you mark. It would save you most of the time you spend handling the workpieces. like 90%.
i actually don't adjust the height of my galvo when i switch cups. everything is really +/- 5mm (20oz, 30oz, bottles, etc.). the red dot pointer is set for 110mm lens and i'm using a 300mm lens. i've disabled the red light pointer for focus and i actually test each lens for the optimum "height above material" focus distance and i keep records of that and adjust accordingly.
So this setting works pretty well for me but between each split there is a roughly .5 mm space that is not engraved. Any thoughts on how to eliminate these? I've had this thing for a year now and these have been the best setting so far but the image is still not coming out at a level of quality that I feel could be sold to my club members.
How did you get Ezcad to run on windows 10? mine fails out. Also can you please send me a screen shot of you setting parameters for the rotary section, I'm new to this and have a 30W Chinese laser system with alignment led's for height. Thank you
Yours might be fake card if yours fails out. I can point you to the EzCad forum where you could find the info of settings parameters. Search 'Ezcad2 Laser Users' on fb group.
Hey man can you please make a video on how to cut and add details like this ? (Will leave link below) or maybe cut a shape and give it like mate finish?.
You should open the chuck more and then place your mug on the first actual notch of the jaws. Then your mug can be placed up against the face as intended and it will be concentric with the rotary. The way you are doing it you have to cross your fingers that it is concentric. If it isn't concentric then your surface will move away from your focal point and cause an inferior engraving for no reason.
Hi Robert. This video is designed for people who already have an understanding of EZCAD2. Generally, people won't start with the rotary until they have a basic understanding of using their fiber laser with EZCAD2 to engrave flat objects. While I may create an EZCAD2 beginners video in the future, there are several other videos that cover this topic on RUclips.
I know a fix for your 9.35 probleme.! There is a way to mark in 0.15 lines or 0.10 its just a trick. ^^ Select object / Ungroup / Hide / Mark Now your probleme is fixt!

Appreciate your time and personality, You are doing favor thanks a lot.

Great video!!! thank you for taking the time for it...cant wait to see more from you!
Hello
can u show what do u have inside the Param(F3)
Thank you
Could you show me the rotaryMark Parameter (F3)? I experience gaps, could you explain more on how to set the on-off laser timing?
Thanks for the info. my laser is marking that rectangle box in the background. Any idea why?
Thanks, very helpful. I have a 50W JPT and I tried your settings but it takes more than 1 pass of the 3 loops. Not sure why?
thank you so much for your help .
I would like to you to show us the parameters for engraving a external pattern on a round band that fit all around

Awesome video!! hope to see more ...have a great 2022111
I look forward when you show the settings for your rotor. Thank you for all your information

Hey, good morning from Santa Rosa California! Whose rotary chuck is that? Now I'll enjoy your vid maybe my question will be awnsered.
Thx, Barry
You've been incredibly helpful! Thank you!
Hi, could you show us how to setup the same but using Light Burn?
I know this is an older video, so I hope you respond. But why did the change of diameter from yeti to arctic change the focal length? Please and thank you

JeffreyJ has a good video on how to set these, head over to his channel to check it out :)
But, I will note, that 3mm gaps aren't done by that TC on/off setting
Excellent! Easy to understand, great presentation and a HUGE help! "Subscribed" - Please, if you have time create more videos.
Thanks, will do!

What brand of Fiber laser engraving machine did you use please?
It is said that EZCAD is a poor copy of SCAPS SamLight, can you confirm?
Great video just what I have been looking for just received my machine and learning everyday..one question why do my red lines go vertical and not horizontal?
Check out Param F3, Galvo2=X
New sub thanks to this video! I am concerned about learning how to use the rotary!
Excellent video!

Thank you for this explanation, this is what I was looking for....I'm dying do the rotary setting...LOL
Hi sir good evening..Nice job.sir I have a question possible to help me out

Thanks
Good working. Why does my machine say fiber laser error?
Could you make the video in inner side of cylinder , just like to mark in die which are round in shape
Hello. Could you give me a virtual private class on how to use my rotor?

I measured the actual distance between the lens and the item. Just seemed to work for me.
Can you switch the measurements to inches?
I don't know what to do. I have a 30w fiber laser, set my ezcad2 the right way, and it's just jumbling the text together. I'm stumped
My dad served in the navy on subs. Would you be willing to share that design with me? Please.
Thank you for the video, can you tell me the size of the rotary...80mm / 100mm. ? Thanks.
It looks like 80mm.
I think you would benefit from casting an epoxy mandrel for the various cups that you mark. It would save you most of the time you spend handling the workpieces. like 90%.
Man this answered a lot of questions for me! Thank you 🙂
Happy to help!
what das continius do?
Hey TW! Continuous will engrave the same thing over and over until you manually stop it.
question why do you adjust your focal length ? do you not have a red dot pointer for height adjustment? or am i missing something
i actually don't adjust the height of my galvo when i switch cups. everything is really +/- 5mm (20oz, 30oz, bottles, etc.). the red dot pointer is set for 110mm lens and i'm using a 300mm lens. i've disabled the red light pointer for focus and i actually test each lens for the optimum "height above material" focus distance and i keep records of that and adjust accordingly.

You can try changing the diameter setting a little.
How did you get Ezcad to run on windows 10? mine fails out.

Would aprinciple if you can show the settings man 🙏🏽🙏🏽
id defiantly like to see all the setup settings also i think I've got a few screwed up when doing rotors i miss spaces and it skips arround
Bro I can't mark a design in whole length of bangle it always leave a part plss can u tell me how to mark a design in whole length of a bangle
Nice video. we still have some solution video on the marking machine. I'm glad to discuss with you
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES

THANK YOU BROTHER..VERY INFORMATIVE
THANKS so much brother
I am buying this!
use the steps in the chuck jaws and you wont have to worry about it being strait
Thank u
This video is probably good for people who understand ezcad. I dont, Id love to see a beginners tutorial.

All those parameters work with CO2 marking machine
Cool... Dolphins ... Submarine Qualified Myself
I know a fix for your 9.35 probleme.!

Select object / Ungroup / Hide / Mark
Now your probleme is fixt!
Flip your chuck jaws.
no?
Yeah doing it wrong... Get the right jaws to start with and clamp from the small end...
when you take the time to post your own video you can do it whatever way you want.
