Looks like a good quality part, but you can drive the car with no cluch and just use the handbrake to brake. Should really lock the brake and cluch pressed down instead, then it becomes more of a struggle.
This lock will eat your cutting disks. 5mm stainless steel 3 layers you have to cut through because the head of grinder wont be able to get deep enough for just the middle section.

nice security! if i may suggest, the lock should be inside with another partition wall to sandwich it to make it hard to cut. not on the outside.
