The only thing you didn’t have is proper ful Medemmis. Not mashed. Also there is a better place to eat kushary where they serve it with a spiced tomato sauce and topped with lots of fried onions (not shallots) and chic peas. This dish is uniquely Egyptian and goes back to Ancient Egyptian times. Mulukyiah does have a distinct flavor. I like it best over white rice. This was a good video overall and makes me miss Egypt. ❤️

However, I see (with this video), you're going towards the "food travel" way and I'm liking it. But please, keep atleast some of "the people interactions" alive. I have a question How do you guys keep your stomach okay or functioning while you are traveling and eating food from different countries. I am following your videos since you were in Pakistan and I was wondering how come one can try different street foods without having any stomach issues 😀 Do you take any supplements or probiotics
I’m a lifelong traveller and always try street food, but for those of us who don’t eat red meat, fried food or fast carbohydrates, Egypt seems like a challenge!
Egypt and India are both countries with a hot climate, and to preserve butter from spoiling, you can seperate the water and the milk solids from the fat by boiling it, creating clarified butter, or ghee. Meaning that both cultures came to the same conclusion because of the similar conditions they live in.
Reason why so many food RUclipsrs are in Egypt is because Sonny's Egypt vlog made them looked so bad, they are inviting all the RUclipsrs to make the place look better

These general issues you and me probably face (or atleast the great majority). And the consequences of these issues were demonstrated by the video made by sonny, where he got his camera confiscated, even though he claims to have a filming permit (Assuming my memory is correct), having the police bug him for no reason, and even falling with what is probably a tourist scam (the issue with the camels), which made him say that the best time he had, was away from the police in the big cities.
Egypt isn't really a culinary country. I could never mix various pastas with rice, lentils and beans, onions, despite all the sauces and condiments they heap on it on one plate! It's slop. If I went to Egypt, I think I'd stick to a more correct Turkish or Lebanese menu. Always found it amazing curry isn't eaten in Arab countries too!

God bless you, my friend, and try to be more mature about it.
