Always best to get in to a local home and share a meal to see the truth of a place. Thanks to Joe for always feeling like a brother and thank you to his mother for putting up with us and cooking up a fabulous spread of a meal.
She really outdid herself and cooked with a lot of passion. I still feel bad because she was so nervous and felt like she could have cooked better, but I bet we all agree that the food looks absolutely delicious.
