The rice isn’t fried rice, it’s made with caramelized onions and some seasonings.
The red mullet is a great fish that feeds only on shrimp. It does look kinda small but amazingly delicious. I really miss my beautiful city Port-said.

15:25 you shouldn't have said no we have too much, that was Egyptian hospitality they always overload you with food, it is considered an insult to say no.
next time bring your food with you, food is not enough for people.
