The Best Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Servings: 2 cup
Ingredients :
1 avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cilantro chopped
1 clove garlic peeled and minced
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon freshly squeeze
1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions :
Add the cilantro, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, salt and black pepper into a food processor or blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Stop and taste, adjust with a little more salt. Pour the dressing into a glass jar. This dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Substitute ingredients :
Sour cream substitute with plain yogurt
Lemon substitute with lime
