This instruction makes perfect sense to me!!
I found that being aware of the clubhead throughout the swing produces the right lower body motion. It makes the club feel heavy and the clubhead to pull me through the downswing and release.

I have tried this to gain back some speed. Being a senior golfer my swing has retired before me. Q: where is my head/sternum at impact? I've been hitting fat then thin shots. HELP.

Flipping is because you don't let your body turn
The feel is probably a great release it just feels flippy.
Im trying it but casting BAD...super flippy...is that a body rotation thing most likely vs trying to keep that angle with mt hands
