    On today's video I discuss and demonstrate 3 steps to relieve tension headaches.
    What are tension headaches? Tension headaches are commonly headaches located in the back of the head. A common cause of tension headaches is tightness and restriction in the musculature that attaches to the base of the skull.
    How do you relieve tension headaches? In today's video, I demonstrate the 3 steps to help relieve tension headaches. Step 1 is to increase blood flow into the involved muscles. Step 2 is to perform fascial release therapy to the involved muscles. Step 3 is to stretch the involved muscles.

    what would you suggest for someone who has a tight occipital region? when I run it gets a little tight and throughout my day too. could it be my tight upper traps that are causing this?

      @@OcraMedHealthhey sir quick question about your infraspinatus video when you move your arm from external rotation to internal how come you don’t move your arm all around like I see in other videos from release the muscle people say movers shoulder up down etc does that make sense plz get back to me when u have a min
