It’s tough man. I did skating in the past but it didn’t get many views. Did some hiking & cinematic stuff exploring Utah’s amazing parks but that also didn’t get much traction. Maybe I’ll revisit it.

Where is your avy gear if you are in the backcountry?
Truthfully this was more sidecountry than backcountry but you’re right! We had beacons on but it wouldn’t be a bad decision to have probes & shovels. We chose our lines very carefully & it was a green light day.

what size board do you ride?
My park/freestyle board (in this video) is 152, my all mountain is 154 & my split is 157. Don’t buy a board bases on my specs tho! I’m 5’7 & 150lb.

I finally got out to Utah at the end of February, after delaying my trip a while until it snowed more, and this area, off the Little Milly Express lift, was by far my favorite to ride. It was not as epic as in this video as far as the snow and lack of crowds goes (I can’t believe how wide open it was for you guys!) but it was still incredible. I used all of my 5 days on the Ikon pass there (3 at Snowbird and 1 at Solitude) and can’t wait to go back in 2022. Dan, if you see this, I would like to know how Brighton rates compared to other resorts?
Milly is 🔥. Stoked you had a good time! We were surprised it was so empty too! Mid-week is definitely better than weekends but last season it was crowded weekdays sometimes too. B-town’s great! The terrain is a little less intimidating than some of the other resorts in Utah.
