Wilhelm is non-canonical character, Serena is, we're making her replace Wilhelm at the Giovanni showdown with Pink in NYC (the only other canonical coterie that will appear). Romance option is mega-ultra unlikely considering I'm advised Cappadocians have little to no emotions and cannot experience love (that's V20 lore not even V5). Like How would you imagine that?! "Christof you do realize you're as attractive to me as the cobble you stand on" "Oh come on I'll let you experiment on my undead flesh from time to time" "....Sold *Cold and emotionless Hug*"

I'd think there's potential even with her stunted emotions just with all they'd been through by that point. It's kind of a bummer about Wil, but can't be helped. It does work if she confronts Pink at the Giovanni instead. She'd make sense having more than one or two bones to pick with them.
Even if Serena were too green to lose all of emotions it would be very strange for a medieval woman to have a crush on someone who had just slaughtered all her neighbours, colleagues and friends. I suppose gaining Christof's trust in order to manipulate him is much more likely.

Good, how do you rate the place? I still build it so I can modify on the go. I focused on traditional faculties; Literacy, Medicine = Astrology+Theology, Architecture, Math. Many faculties would be forbidden such as anatomy, dissection, alchemy/chemistry which are relegated to secret chambers. Place needs a secret library for greek philosophy and other antiquity arts (just a room with a chest or two actually, that is a huge shocker for some ppl XD with books being so expensive and rare having just a chest with like 5 books was already considered a library, a roomfull of bookshelves was unthinkable fantasy back then... Well maybe unless it's Tremere mgical book copying mumbojumbo or Tzimisce legions of scribe-servitor arms).

Keep in mind most rulers had 'royal alchemists', which were basically just protoscientists learning theoufh trial and error, its only witchcraft if youre an unknown element off in the woods or something, so alchemy should be fine. The main thing is just that a medieval university isnt a modern university, its not people going for classes, but a place for a collection of scholars to work together to learn new things. Learning the basics would still be done via apprenticeships to 'masters', not the school itself. I will say your stuff all looks awesome man, im a huge history nut and always try to make skyrim look more realistic, and seeing all those lovely proportioned weapons and armors just makes me happy. Im not sure what year exactly the game takes place (for the medieval portion) and some of those weapons do seem anachronistic, but i seem to remember them being in the actual Masquerade game so i can very much understand the inclusion. I have no idea if this will interest you or not: Ive only played the original game once as a kid, and only looked in on your project 3 or 4 times, so im a bit in the dark as to your specific goals, but i do run a HEMA club (historical european martial arts, our club mainly focuses on dagger and longsword) and a 20man indie dev team working on a KCD-esq game, so i dedicate an absurd amount of time in my days to researching medieval weapons and combat (and a little bit less but still a lot to medieval daily life, fashion, etc). If you have any questions about anything id be more than happy to share my understanding if making things historically plausible (even if not fully accurate) is important to you.
The level of effort and work put into this project exceeds anything imaginable. A remake of this masterpiece is a dream come true. Congratulations on the result: it is simply wonderful. Thank you very much for your work! ❤

I know you probably won't answer this but do you plan on improving the game after your remake is finished? i.e. Would you let us choose christopher's clan and or apperance? I know you chose to have us still stuck as playing as him, but I was really hoping for some form of freedom
Surprize surprize, depends on the vote. I personally lobby for a modular release schedule where we release 1 act of vtmr reinterpreted and 1 extra custom chronicle to play like vtm bloodlines. So with gender clan choice. In this way its a believable release dat of 1.5 to 2 years per 1 episode.
Just a suggestion. Can you please remove dialogs like 'Must've run off', 'Must've been the wind' and so on. Better yet you could probably introduce new dialogues for the new custom NPCs...well it's going to take a lot of work. There are also AI voices, and they'd probably do fine for the generic NPC voices I think. Some new dialogues will be necessary, especially in the modern nights. I'd also like to recruit a ghoul this time around unlike OG Redemption. Skyrim has a follower and even a marriage system. So with some custom dialogue and say a couple sidequests that can be taken advantage of, right? Also, do not hasten, take it at your pace, we're always here to wait.😅

It would be great if using certain disciplines in front of mortals (blatant breach of the masquerade) alerted them and marked you as a target in that town for townsguards and the like.
Strikes me very much as a semi-playable build meant to show basics with and discuss how they will be filled out, not a polished showcase. If you're adept at putting together a remake of a game within mod architecture, I'm sure we'd all be curious to have a peek.
With Bloodlines 2 being a sequel in name only I am now looking towards a Skyrim mod for my needs and desires to be met instead haha.

I think with the generic voices it's more of a placeholder since he's not at a current running state for that part yet.
