Absolutely one of my favorite ATM lessons. Russell, I believe you taught a version of this at a weekend workshop in Bend, Oregon, a number of years ago. I attempt to teach this lesson to my students with as much depth, focus and thoughtfulness at least 3-4 times a year. Thank you so much
I love this class and I’ve lost count how many times I’ve participated in it. Russell’s way of teaching is deep and has a profound effect. I noticed today that my movements are now much freer, and my curiosity has grown. I observe the body’s pleasure of discovery. Thank you so much 🙏
We can all certainly use a healthy dose of deeper reconnection to both ourselves and our world these days. Russell and Linda Delman can really help you to do that.
Great question! I am not very familiar with Ruthy's Bones for Life lessons, but I suspect, yes. Here, the axis is from the top of the head, to the bottom of the tail bone. - Juniper

Is the axis the same one Ruthy Alon refers to in her Bones For Life lessons? Thanks for making this available.
