Absolutely one of my favorite ATM lessons. Russell, I believe you taught a version of this at a weekend workshop in Bend, Oregon, a number of years ago. I attempt to teach this lesson to my students with as much depth, focus and thoughtfulness at least 3-4 times a year. Thank you so much

Great question! I am not very familiar with Ruthy's Bones for Life lessons, but I suspect, yes. Here, the axis is from the top of the head, to the bottom of the tail bone. - Juniper
