Come, Follow Me is a resource offered by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is designed to be used in the home to support personal and family scripture study to build faith in Heavenly Father and His plan of salvation and in the Savior Jesus Christ and His Atonement. Come, Follow Me is self-contained and adequate, when used properly. Products and materials designed to supplement this resource, though they may be helpful in some instances, are not necessary for a successful home study program.
You two are my favorite teachers but PLEASE PLEASE bring back the section break ups. I love to watch one section each day as I study.

I have listened to this twice now and might listen to it again and again. I just took my daughter to college and was struggling with free agency. I need to keep being reminded that God is with her and she is learning from the best teacher. Also that Im not in control He is. I trust Him with her heart ❤
Great lessons, but I miss the time stamps for each section, they help me gauge my time better!
Oh no! I was hoping that was a one week thing last week. Sad. I use the Read It Live It and loved how it correlated with the video.
Yes, I think it would be wonderful If Jesus came back when we’re reading about him coming to the Earth! That would be the best ever.

I loved this… I especially loved the first part with the Gods promised blessings.. I’m currently battling cancer, and right at the start, 2 years ago I got a blessing which promised that I would live to be a grandmother (my oldest at the time was 8), over the last 2 years the cancer gradually spread and worsened, but thankfully in the last 6 months .. it seems to be getting better, I have been recording the Book of Mormon for a legacy for my kids into RUclips at recorded the New Testament last year, so that if the Doctors were right in their prognosis, I would have a legacy for my kids of my love of Jesus and the scriptures.
Also, just a side note, while thankfully we in the western world don’t need to worry about dying for our faith in Jesus, tragically across the globe, every 2 hours a Christian is killed for being a Christian, so very sadly the reality of those in 3 Nephi 1; is still very real for far too many on this Earth.

It's not passively waiting, it's WATCHING for things to actively record as a witness. "they did watch steadfastly for that day and that night and that day."
You both are disciples who mentor me every single week. I can't thank you enough. Grace you have so much wisdom at such a young age. I always love your faith stories. Thank you for always being vulnerable to share them. I loved this weeks lesson so much.
I think my favorite phrase of the whole video was when David said he didn’t know Jesus came to the americas until he was in the MTC! 😂😂
Because if that is true and he is where he is now with gospel knowledge and living THEN maybe I’m not completely failing my children because I don’t read 4 chapters a day with them and maybe I’m not as far behind on my own learning as I think I am.

Really needed to hear this podcast today. Loved that you related it to have the faith to stand alone. I feel like this weeks discussion was perfect for teenagers who are struggling wanting to fit in but knowing they don’t belong to the world. That they belong to God. That it takes big leaps of faith and sacrifice to follow him. My daughter is struggling with this right now. Loved that hope motivates people just as fear does but the outcome is so different. Thank you for all your wonderful insights and helping to make the scriptures relatable.
Why were the section break ups removed? We used these to break up the lesson and make it easier to get through this...
😅😅 David, I was on the steps of my first door on my mission when my companion started teaching from the "Christ in America" pamphlet. I was in awww at how brilliant she was! I could never possibly teach all the wisdom she had. How the freak did she know that family of Lehi landed in the America's? 😂😂😂 I read The Book of Mormon 3 times before leaving on a mission and still never figured out where they went on the boats. HA! Thank you for not being too proud to admit it.
