Your daughter's flower girl dress is gorgeous! The flower fabric you made just tips it over the top! I like the brownish, double flower buttons for the red cardi. The ones you originally thought were your fave.
Beautifullly worked pieces!! Flower dyed skirt/dress is gorgeous! Would you be able to cut the outer layer of tulle (so flower print shows more)… hmmm like a bell curve in statistics class… where upper part of bell is near front waist. Just an idea. LOVE your Jennifer S. sweater, I usually make raglans & I’m looking at project pages of her designs looking at fit across/around shoulders (broad shoulders …is me). Can’t help w the Button Dilemma. I liked the yellow, don’t think they’re too garish especially if yellow top underneath. Well. Ok. I’ll pick the ivory buttons. Any of the buttons would look nice, really. Says one who can’t (quickly) decide on much … like chicken noodle soup or tomato…??? You’ve been on a Creative splurge! Busy ! PS… the flower/plant pounding for colors is really cool!
Thank you! I definitely could remove some tulle and salvage it I think. I am so obsessed with this sweater (look at my Instagram feed recently 🤦). I wouldn't say I have broad shoulders so I can speak to that, but I do personally like the fit this time around! Buttons...yeah is still haven't seen any on.
