- And so, the curtains fall, and I present to you a new legendary and iconic Audi in my collection: the RS4 B7. There is so much to write about the car and how on earth I even got hold of one in this spec and super mint condition. So Im doing that with an extremely detailed 10minute video here on RUclips, where I take you on a detailed tour on this legend, and why it’s counted as one of the greatest Audis ever made.
The RS4 B7 has always been one of my absolute dream cars, right after the RS4 B5, which as you all know I also own since many years. The B7 was sensational when it was released in 2006 and blew everybody away. Back then, having 100hp/L from a naturally aspirated engine was unheard of. It steered properly, it drove properly, it was the first Audi that many praised for its handling. There is so much to say about this car, and I will do it photo by photo as I will post them the nearest time, but as I said I told the whole story already in the video.
For now, I feel like I’m the happiest person on earth, that managed to get hold of a RS4 B7 Sedan in sprint blue. They are very hard to get, and who on earth would have thought that I would find one in the Middle East. For now, enjoy the video.

I have an option to buy one with 111k for $28,00 should I do it or will I have too many maintenance problems? I’m so torn
@@rm1981ut I have had no problems with the car. what you should check is the DRC suspension, they often leak. Most people already got an aftermarket one (KW for example). Also the carbon cleaning is something to look for because without the cleaning a lot of horsepower is lost. Besides that the car is extremely reliable. I guarantee you won't regret your decision, I certainly have not ;)
I learnt to drive in B7. It is diesel FWD but i still love it for the way it is. I'm dreaming bout that RS4, and I'm doing everything to make the dream real. Congratulations! Have a great ride!

My first experience with the RS4 was almost 10 years ago. I was playing Need for Speed The Run, and this was the getaway car in the first level of the game that you use to escape the crooks that were trying to kill your character. I didn't think much of it at first, but when I accessed the car list menu and gave it a second look, I was surprised at how unique it was and how fast it was made out to be in game. This was during a time when I saw Audis as just some of the slower cars when it came to sedans, and thought they were mainly just for luxury. My perspective changed entirely once I checked the information template of the car. Not only was it a V8, but the appearance the car had from the wheels, the fenders, the bumpers, and especially the way it looked from the rear, really made me appreciate it, and even convinced me that this was going to be a car that I was gonna really like for a long time. Today, I don't have the money for one, yet I am still looking forward to being able to own it next year, and it has become one of my top 3 favorite performance cars.

I have a B5 S4 6 speed since it was new and a B8.5 S4 6 speed. I just couldn't let the B5 go as it's so unique and has so much personality and at the time it was truly special. Great review of the B7 RS4 you got me looking on the internet for ones for sale.
Yeah the B5 is just timeless. But that B7 RS4 is also one you absolutely must have. And never let one go. The last true RS,

I’m going to pick up my “new to me” 2007 Audi B7 RS4 sedan in blueish gray and in relatively an 8 out of 10 condition later this morning. I too feel it is one of the best looking and driving sedans I have ever driven.

Congrats man ! I recently bought my dream Audi a 2000 Audi S4 in brilliant black 6 speed. It’s kind of a rolling restoration right now. It has 370,000 miles on its original engine and in need of a new one which is what the current project. I definitely love the b7 rs4 especially the wheels !

I just want to say that I totally agree with every word you say about this car. It's much more then "just a fast car". It's freedom. I had an opportunity just to sit inside of RS4 B7 about 7 years ago. That moment I realised how is my dream car looking. I felt myself as part of it. It is love for life. And I will get it once, just like you:)

As the owner of the actually most wanted b7 rs4 a grey avant! I can say its the best purchase of my life I nearly got a mk4 r32 but got the b7 in grey with the correct seats i love it! Sold a mk1 cls63 amg to buy it! I miss that alot!

Well done my friend! My dream car was the RS6 C7, now I have one for like 10 days and I love it. But this RS4 B7 is just fantastic. As you say one of the best looking sedans in history. Just timeless design. No 2020 car can beat it. I am already looking to buy one but so hard to find one in good condition and low mileage. In years these cars will cost fortune, so good investment too.

First of all, Yes!, I have fallen in love with B7 RS4 since launched. And I have to say, this is a strong solid sports machine of Audi ever and later launched the R8.
Sure I would like to owe or drive this model so far. It’s hard to find a good one. Although, I’m an Audi technician in Bahrain, would like to work on this model. Here, I saw only 2 cars, one is red and another one is yellow.
Hope Someday I will get this car.

My dream car was the Audi RS5 N/A V8. This model too has been discontinued. When you as an old man pull up to the traffic lights, another old guy will glance your way in his RS5 and that will be me. I looked for 5 years for my one and I too wanted to own a legendary RS V8 before we all go electric. Enjoy every moment...

This channel is absolute art! You know how to capture the beauty through angles. The way you put the car back and forth with the occasional wheels turning is exactly how I play with my model cars when I was a kid. Very nice tribute to the RS4 B7! Your filming/editing skills do this car honor. I am happy for you that you are able to drive (and own) your childhood dream. I was lucky to get one 7 years ago. A black avant from nov 2006.
Yes, it is expensive to maintain and I want to keep her as stock as possible (but fitting a non-res Miltek catback is a no-brainer when the valves in the original exhaust are broken). For repairs (due to wearing), I almost paid the same amount as I bought the car for. But I don't mind because every time I take her out for a spin, you can see a big smile on my face even with the mandatory facemask nowadays. And I also believe this car will become more sought after in (near) future than the B8 and so on.
