They give you anesthesia so you probably won't feel the pain during the surgery :/

Lo que pasa es que tengo unos pómulos muy grueso que asen ver mi rostro ancho y una mandíbula muy larga y no son problemas maxilofaciales solo es que es muy larga tipo gorila resalta mucho la parte del mis dientes y me gustaría reducirla para tener un perfil menos largo y un rostro mas pequeño y también una reducción de ángulos mandibulares ya que mi rostro se ve muy ancho seria genial saber cual es el precio? My face is too small compared to the body height/size. Flat nose, invisible jawline & cheekbone, very tiny chin, face looks fat bulky from front(though having fit lean body) & flat from side profile(flat backhead making it worse). I'm not even a good looking person, but I don't even want to change myself. I'm just happy confident person in the last few years. Back then when I'm a teenager, I really want to change myself.
