Does the bone fuse together at the part near the ear? Or is it just held there by the clip?
Yo llevo 1 año y 15 dias de post operatorio y aun tengo inflamaciones ;( es algo de nunca acabar el doc me habia dicho que al año estaria curado al 100% pero en mi caso no a sido haci me desinflamo 7 dias y al dia siguiente ya tengo muchas inflamacion que me dura 13 dias app es terrible muy agustiante en unos dias me ire a a hacer un chequeo con un doctor para que vea si algo anda mal
Hay yo me siento en la misma situación ya cumpli 11 meses el 23 de enero cumplo el año y sigo hinchada yo me veo antes con los ojos más pequeños, y las cejas están más bajas aveces me veo mas hinchada se supone que me están infiltrando pero no sirve.
@@lore7291cuales fueron las cirugias que te hiciste? En algun momento sientes que te baja mucho la inflamacion? O siempre estas inflamada? En mi caso me ise reducción de arco cigomatico, reduccion de pomulos y rinoplastia ( fumas?)

@@heinzivantrostelcejas9966 yo me hice esa reducción del cigoma igual que muestran en el vídeo, la blefaroplastia, me reduje el menton. Y tenía miedo se quedar con envejecimiento entonces me hicieron un litftin, pero realmente antes de esta cirugía si era bonita después de esta cirugía no me siento bien, me arrepiento.

I have a question, it can be a bit silly, but still I want to understand:
Do you make the incision inside the mouth, right?
I think I read that the surgery (either of the options) is performed through an incision inside the mouth, but you said that the skin is pulled back, so, how that is done??
I always thought these kind of surgeries were made with an incision close the ear or hairline (like a lifting) and wondered how there were no scars visible, but now I know why, but I don't understand how can surgeons get a big view of the area if they are going inside the mouth >
We do the incision near the sideburns and also inside of the mouth :) The incision near the sideburn is small.
As for pulling, the skin is pulled back with a tool throughout the surgery.

Is cut inside the mouth also required in surgery or only from upper cheek side?
For cheekbone reduction, it is done with a combination of intraoral incision and cut near the sideburns :)

If you want the bone itself to protrude less, you will need facial bone surgery. :)
What happens to the titianium bands over time? And overall what are the side effects of this surgery
Patients can choose to get them removed or not in the future. If they choose not to get them removed, there will be no problem and they can live with the titanium pins in their face. In rare cases, if patients have a reaction to the pins, they will have to get them removed.
