For the feta pasta, I’ve been swapping out cream cheese instead of the feta. So yummy! The feta is so expansive, and the cream cheese makes for a more creamy final dish.

Grandma taught me to crush all the bones but discard the skin.
I leave the skin in and the small bones but remove the round ones
