Do you have any videos on how to change Wordpress themes for a website? I have found a theme I prefer but am scared I'll "break" my website trying to switch.
I was hoping to see the end result of a newsletter. So many online builders will not let me copy/paste from a word doc w/o major formatting problems. If you have another video showing the end result, I"d love to see it. Thank you
On squarespace if you buy a domain from them do you need to also go into your DNS and set up your email? Like dkim spf keys etc? Or is it already done for you because they also provide the email service?
Substack is the easiest to use with easy monetization. But it lacks a lot of important features too. If you have writing focused newsletter, then it can be a great option.
I like Ghost, Beehive and Substack. Substack has a built in community and it's a platform people understand. Ghost is a great blogging and direct response email platform, Beehive is designed to grow paid newsletters.
Sure, Convert Kit or Active Campaign are the most powerful and feature rich for email marketers (I use Convert Kit). Aweber and Mailchimp have good free plans.
Excellent video, best I’ve seen in my research I’m doing. Still have no idea which one to pick but this definitely helps
I would go with Beehiiv, Ghost or Substack.
@@DavidUtkeI think Beehiiv doesn't have email marketing, but does it have a good blog and website or is it just a newsletter?
I’ve had challenges with Kajabi’s email deliverables.

Great job and overview David👌Using Substack now but will try Kajabi next. Cheers
Yea try it out, it's a bit overwhelming but powerful.
Hey David is it possible to send newsletter you created for other people from websites like Beehiiv if so how can you? I appreciate this video

I do, but I breakdown these platforms into individual tutorials where I show what then end user experience is like.
@@DavidUtkeAnd which are the easiest to use and most friendly and which ones are the least friendly for users?
@@MrGhellerdid you find your answer?
@@Ab01-p6p Beehiiv is the choice. If you don't like that one, then ConvertKit. I wouldn't go beyond that.

Yes exactly, Squarespace allows you to add in custom DNS records.
which one use PayPal for payments, stipe is not supported in my country
if you had to choose one which would you recommend ? for ease of use and monetization

@@CliffLawrence7 yes , mine is more writing focused and less animated with pictures etc. I went with beehive actually
@@Whoisloveforreal Beehiiv is a great option too. Good luck with your newsletter. Drop in the name, would like to check it out!

i think beehiiv will steal a newsletter idea if they deem it a good one
Why you think that? If you really worry about then, I would use Ghost or Squarespace even.
@@DavidUtke will try it out thanks
@@DavidUtke any chance you know what platform harry drys marketingexamples uses? or is it custom?
Super useful!
I've built a Hostinger website already for blogging. What would you recommend for just the newsletter component?
Sure, Convert Kit or Active Campaign are the most powerful and feature rich for email marketers (I use Convert Kit). Aweber and Mailchimp have good free plans.
Thanks but I'd prefer to not have to manage two different sites. Would a WordPress plugin do the trick for a site I'm currently building?@@DavidUtke
@@DavidUtkeWhy use ConvertKit? Isn't that one very expensive if your email list grows?
Quality video, most informative. 👌
Glad it was helpful.
Greatly explained video.
Glad you liked it
