About ten years ago our manager earned 75K. I think people who earn 65-90k can afford to live here . There are places for people who earn 45k here . With today's standards it is not a lot of money.

There is still water, electricity, government rates, general maintenance and the actual bond..I agree with you on the upper band you referred to and that is on a net basis, gotta be netting boma R70k assuming your partner also nets similarly and it's a double income household.
