Yours turned out better than mine usually do! I guess the mixatives are the trick! I cut small rounds of felt and glued them on the back with e6000. I then make rings and pendants. Bonus: if you pick up the small clear gems from DT, you can make matching earrings! Some of my customers wanted smaller stones for rings so I had a half a bag left. Tried the earring post blanks and they fit. LOVE how yours turned out!!!! Way to go Mona!!!!
Love these, I make these too but I use the pendant beds with matching chain, lobster claw and extenders. Just happy I watch you tutorial to get some new ideas like using felt, thank you
There are sooo pretty I love them all. You are extremely talented & creative. You should make an easy shop. I'm sure alot of people would buy things you make. I know I would for sure. 😊
i freaking love your channel and all your videos. i love crafts and would love to buy some of yours. greetings from Malaysia and love u mona! keep up the good and artsy work!
I think I would prefer to do this with the standard 25mm round cabs and mount them in the standard bezels for them. Just a little more finished look. I like the green and gold one best.
Beautiful Mona! I have a lot of those stones and alcohol Ink... my next little project for sure! I may have asked this a long Time ago but what do you do with all your crafts? I have a lot of inventory and am going to try and catch all the craft fairs next fall....
Beautiful. I am saving my alcohol inks for use in resin. I have heard that interesting things happen (in a good way) when alcohol inks are introduced to resin that hasn't cured yet. Not sure how cured it may have to be though. I will start with just mixed and go from there. I am going to have a play with it soon. :D - Heidi
Hey Mona, thank you for doing this video. I literally just got alcohol inks for Christmas and was starting to make pendants. I have two questions. One, the pendants with the more solid background, was that just with the mixatives? And two, mod podge works well as a sealant? In the middle of winter, its hard to use a spray sealant. Thanks!
So pretty! I’m trying to upcycle old make up. I’d love to see your approach to water marbling with old nail polish or even old eye shadowed coloured clear nail polish. (I’m shamelessly looking for your much better creativity and skills in a demo : )
Amazing I'm definitely going to try this. Love the metallics they look like the pictures of the whole universe looks gorgeous. I've got acrylic paint in tubes n nail polishes would these work?
These are gorgeous! I know you need glue that adheres to glass, but aren’t they technically being glued to the modpodge or sealant? I worry that the bale with peel off because it’s not stuck directly to the glass.
Kooky Clouds I was wondering how to seal the alcohol ink. I want to make a pendant to give as a gift, I was afraid the ink would smear on clothes. I like your idea, I'm going to try it out.
Very pretty! And easy enough for an old timer like me to make them!!
Love how the alcohol ink colors work using them to create such beautiful designs. Thanks for video

They are so pretty. ❤❤ from PA
Beautiful
These are gorgeous! I have a feeling I'd be with a q-tip and alcohol cleaning off all the fronts. Lol. But, I'd still like to try this.
So pretty! tfs
Love them! Quick question! Can you add a personalized word on the front with a sharpie! Will you see it through the background??
Sooo beautyful, but what do you put on the backside ?
Both equally as pretty but I like the bail showing through best.
Very cool 👍👍💜
Might be a fun technique for a glass mosaic.
I have thought that too be have never done it!
Awesome
Wow, very pretty. I wonder if you could glue teeny-tiny findings on the back. I liked the way the peace sign looked so maybe it would look cool.
How did you fix the backside? With resin perhaps?
I think I would prefer to do this with the standard 25mm round cabs and mount them in the standard bezels for them. Just a little more finished look. I like the green and gold one best.
are you sealing these pendants? and if so what are you using please
Beautiful Mona! I have a lot of those stones and alcohol
Ink... my next little project for sure! I may have asked this a long

The 5th finished one kind of looks like a rock beside a tree with a different orientation. But they are all beautiful!
Thank you so much, Valerie!
Would you get the same results using watered down paints or something?
BeautifuL
I have never used alcohol ink so I guess it is about time. Thank

Would you do a video of how you spray the sealer on them? Do you spray just the backs or both front and back?
You only need to spray the backs.
Are you able to put magnets on them to put on the refrigerator?
what is blending solution used for ? and do you use it on these or just go straight to the ink mixing ??
Could you draw a small image using an oil based paint pen then when dry use the alcohol ink on top of it?
Thank you for the fun ideas! Is the mod podge for the back?
So you painted white on the back of all?
Looks good, mine didn't turn out as well.
What do you use for the cord
How to you attach clip the holder to the pendant
Amazing I'm definitely going to try this. Love the metallics they look like the pictures of the whole universe looks gorgeous. I've got acrylic paint in tubes n nail polishes would these work?
look for that on youtube... There's so much to learn!!
These are gorgeous! I know you need glue that adheres to glass, but aren’t they technically being glued to the modpodge or sealant? I worry that the bale with peel off because it’s not stuck directly to the glass.
i had the same fear so i used UV resin to seal mine and then used E6000 to glue the bales on and they are super strong!
Kooky Clouds I was wondering how to seal the alcohol ink. I want to make a pendant to give as a gift, I was afraid the ink would smear on clothes. I like your idea, I'm going to try it out.
Where I can find those inks?
