I love those Oui yogurt jars!!! My hubby would eat that yogurt just so I could have the jars 😊 I have a video on how to get the glue off. I have dozens of alcohol inks and this is a great project! I have never tried that technique with the plastic wrap....very cool! I really like the second one best....even before you added the dripping. I enjoyed watching this....didn't know you did this kind of stuff 😊💗🤗 Hugs....Janie
Thank you Janie, you are the sweetest. It seems like lately my channel has been “card heavy” because I’ve been participating in a lot of Giveaway Hops to provide my subscribers a chance to win prizes, however, I do have some projects on my video production schedule once again that will be crafts other than cards. I have some fun paper ornaments, art journal, and scrapbook ideas I want to share, too. I have alcohol ink jars scattered all over my house. They add such a sparkly pop of color, can be color customized and are useful for storing everything from cotton balls in the bathroom to dry erase markers next to the whiteboard. I appreciate you going back to some of my “old” videos, it makes me happy they are still relevant. Sending warm hugs, 🤗❤️🤗
What a neat idea to recycle and reuse, Rebecca!! Goo gone usually works for me to take the sticky off of my jars, from removing the labels! I reuse food jars to ferment foods in. That little jar reminds me of the Oui French style yogurt jars, I love those because they have a nice finished rim around the top!! I may have to pull out my alcohol inks and some old jars and give this a try!! Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh my goodness! You are right! That was a dairy-free Oui jar! I couldn’t remember where that one came from until I saw your comment. My hubby has some Goo Gone in the garage, I’ll have to try that next time (thank you for the good suggestion). It is a fun technique and no two jars come out the same… have fun!
Thank you… it is a small touch of color added to my crafting desk, but I love seeing it there. Thanks for always watching and being so supportive, I truly appreciate you!
Beautiful!!! I love alcohol inks. I bet to make the ink show up more you could pour white paint and swirl the inside of the jar. That would be pretty too. 🙂
Thanks Charlene, that is a great idea! If you do that method, send me a picture, I would love to see! I have one jar I did that I store cotton balls in, that shows up pretty.
Thank you for your sweet support Emily. It always amazes me how a little thing like changing the color of a storage jar can brighten up a craft area! Let me know how it goes for you.
What a great idea Rebecca, I've ever used alcohol inks that way, I definitely need to try this technique, I have a couple of glass jars 😁😁😁 great video 😊 happy crafting
Thanks Monika... have fun playing with your alcohol inks and your jars... I bet you will come up with some beautiful results! BTW: I saw you won a prize on the Autoimmune Awareness Hop! Congratulations!🎉
@@PaperGlueFun hi Rebecca, i always used glass paints on glass jars 😊 thank you for the news about the hop! I missed that! Have a wonderful day and happy crafting 😘
Valerie, thank you for watching. I don't use any sealer on my jars. I generally use the jars to store little odds and ends (silk flower arrangements, paperclips, paint brushes, pencils, etc.) and they hold up great. The color stays vibrant and the ink doesn't rub off. I've not ever run them through the dishwasher or anything harsh like that though.

Have fun… this is a good craft you can do with only one hand until your arm heals.🤗🤗
What a cool project! It reminds me of stained glass. Thanks for sharing!
It really is fun. I just did another one on a flat piece of glass that I want to use as a background for a poem... it does look like stained glass!
How fun Rebecca!! I love the thought of having art with alcohol inks on my desk!!! Wonderful idea!! They came out beautiful!!! 😍👏👏👏👍👍

What do you seal it with
How well do the alcohol inks hold up on glass. Do they need to be sprayed with any sealer?
