I spray my ink picture with krylon and let it dry, before I doodle! It keeps the ink from coming off and then you can use almost any pen to doodle or write on it! 😊

@@katebates3423 I know this wasn't a question for me, but I use Krylon Sealer for my watercolors. It also works on alcohol inks. I use it for charcoals and graphite pictures. The stuff is great.

I tried krylon workable fixative and it took the color of the alcohol away as did it when I tried clear acrylic sealer by Patricia Nimocks. Mod podge has a matt clear acrylic sealer. So I tried that. Not as speckled as the other two, however my micron pen smeared.

When I was a lot younger with better eyesight I did a lot of doodling. In fact back when I had a paying job we would have weekly meetings. That was a big doodle time for me. Never got in trouble as I was able to doodle and participate. Meetings were the bane of our work lives and seldom added any benefits. Love your work on Yuppo. I have tho pads of Yuppo and am going to get some out with my alcohol inks. You really inspire me!

Saw this today July 21, 2023. Beautiful. I’m a card maker and just getting into intuitive art. I’ve been reluctant to use alcohol inks ( in my stash). Thought they were messy not only to work with but to look at. You turn the messy inky blobs into beautiful flowers and leaves. Now I want to give it a try. Thanks CeeCee for sharing your gift on you tube!💛

I stumbled upon this video & am so happy that it found me! This method is so much cleaner than the way I once did a similar process with water colors & India Ink pens back in the 1960's! Since this winter will be long & cold, I know what I'm buying to get me through it & keep my creative side happy & away from the idiot box (tv)! Thanks for sharing- Loved watching the process & the testing of the products was really helpful to avoid wasting money on pens that smear!

Thanks for sharing. It turned out beautiful. I'm so excited to get started with the inks. Looks like so much fun.
