Yes, the audiobook of the 3rd book of the Five Warrior Angels is coming out November, The Lonesome Crown. I have been waiting for 2 years to finish this series! I think Brian Lee Durfee’s trilogy is quintessential “Grim Dark”! So many times I felt I had to buckle up during the story, where I was no longer in my living room and more like I was white water rafting down a river again.
Congratulations on your books. As an amateur writer myself I’m currently working on editing the first draft to my novella. Hopefully I can finish and get it published one day 🙏
oh no not social accountability! I fear that. On an unrelated note I'm also participating in nanowrimo, it'll be my first time so I'm really excited. Good luck to you sir. also I love your cat
Congrats on finishing book 1! Can’t wait to read it. Smart of you to cultivate a RUclips audience in anticipation of your books release. It is SO hard for debut authors to get their name out there, especially when they are responsible for marketing in addition to actually writing the darn thing.
I am so excited for 'Ndie November lol Your books sound interesting. I hope you share some of the writing process. I always find it interesting to see how other authors plan/write. I want to publish my own books one day.
I wish you luck with the novel-writing! I too am an aspiring author though I tend to not be the most dedicated when it comes to actual sitting down and pumping out those chapters. Can’t wait to see what becomes of your project!
You did say The Dresden Files was your favorite series. I can see the influence in your synopsis. I also see your goodies on the table. I was so pleased with the Warbreaker box. A lot of high quality items in it. My favorite box so far.
YES! Someone recognized the warbreaker box. You win! 😃 Yeah after I read the Dresden Files, I tried reading other urban fantasy. But none of them interested me in the same way. The only way to scratch that itch was to write it myself!
Ndie November is a great idea! I’m a self published Aussie author and know the struggles indies face very well haha. Any kind of support from anyone with a platform will be greatly appreciated by indie authors.
Oooooooh Cradle series is fantastic! Beware of Chicken is great too, not sure if that's considered indie, but I'm pretty sure it is. I was planning on doing Nanowrimo this year for the first time ever, but I didn't prep nearly enough so I've been solely planning so far. 😅 I'm super excited about your upcoming trilogy, books are awesome!
Really like the themes every month and love the extra attention for indie books! They deserve more attention. Also congrats on one book down! 💪 Already curious to read it when it’s ready 😊 it sounds fun, also it has vampires which means I can’t refuse. Please take care and also 💪 you got this! 😊
Good luck with the third book, and the premise of the series sounds so deliciously intriguing to me I can't wait to try out book 1 when it's ready to come out!
Super exciting! I've really only gotten into indie this year, but I've found some real gems. I actually picked up Will Wight's stuff when he made it all free and then I picked up Michael Miller's three books in that series when they went on sale... Haven't read them yet. Haha too much to read!!
Ndie November! Love it 😂 I have the first Cradle audiobook but havent listened to it yet so will be great to hear your thoughts before I dive in. I do also have my eyes on the Ascendant books, the covers are so pretty and have heard some very positive things Good luck with your writing! Looking forward to seeing what you create
Congrats. Your book sounds like my reading sweet spot as you get closer I would love to read it and cover it on my channel. I try to read at least 1 indie a month.
Grim Dark December would go incredibly hard
Oof...it hurts just how much BETTER that idea is than the one I had! 😁Now to rethink my whole life. 😂

Mate, I know Will Wight is like the almighty of the Indie world. But you deserve a spot on the same podium! Your work is incredible. 👏👏

That's awesome! Ha the irony of having my own work covered on youtube. It could be like karmic justice for all the criticism I give! 🤣
your Karma is clean I find you to be thoughtful and constructive so that is what you should be due in return my brother. @@cronkthebookguy
Knock 'em ded in NaNo! You got this

Have you ever read the Emaneska Series by Ben Galley? It’s one of my fav series by my fav author. He’s a cool guy too, talked with him a bunch.
Do One Piece!! 🏴☠️
Please say "Wait a minute...who are you?" in the next episode! 😅
Ha! Classic internet meme. I'll work it in somewhere! :D
@@cronkthebookguy I don't know why, but you look a lot like that little boy. Are you hiding something from us? 😅
@@iosefiniosefin look, it's definitely NOT me. But it looks INSANELY similar to how I looked at that age. tbh it's always creeped me out a little. 😅
@@cronkthebookguy I know the feeling. It's like there's another me. It's a genetic coincidence. But even so it's weird 😬
