Often--People aren't truthful in surveys--many simply don't relish the prospect of raising children. It's not cool to admit this, especially for women.

Middle working class ppl we cannot afford to have homes and start families. 35 yrs old in Middle Tennessee put in 77 bids on our first home all outbid by cash investors. Only the wealthy have seen real wages increase the past few decades
