The same thing happened with my toddler 😂 she loved the rest of the classic Mickey and friends characters except Chip and Dale

After just being in the parks for Halloween a week or so ago and seeing the offerings myself for the first time ever, this video just felt like a warm comforting hug. The fact you can experience so much spooky season fun in Disneyland and DCA without having to do Oogie Boogie Bash is amazing! The decorations, overlays, characters, and treats just bring so much more magic to the park. Even the Dapper Dans Halloween set in their themed outfits feels all the more special
I'm loving all the individual attention you guys are giving to all the events, attractions, and food there is at the parks for Halloween from various POVs. Well played with the DIY combo pretzel cheese garlic bread and spicy beef skewers awesomeness!!!!

I just got back from DL, it was my first trip in 30 years. I kept telling my sister (we are both former CMs at WDW) how astounded I was at how much Halloween immersion and characters you get without having to pay for a party. DL truly is charming, I’m already planning a trip back!

I remember the first time I went to the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay on Haunted Mansion, I thought it was going to be just a few added things. I was wowed by everything they were able to accomplish. It was so different. In my opinion, it is a big improvement too.

Hi, this is Holly. As children, we would love to go to the library & one of our favorite picture books was The Man Who Lost His Head. He tried replacing it w several different things. All I remember was that the parsnip head terrified me! Lol

I LOVE Monsters After Dark! Some of the cast members not only had caution vests but they were carrying nets & crates with monsters in them.
I'm heading to Disneyland (for the first time) later this month and I am so excited! I wasn't lucky enough to snag Oogie Boogie tickets, but this video has me SO excited for all of the Halloween fun that I'll still get to enjoy!!

I am so glad I got to experience Disneyland and DCA at Halloween. It is so much fun! I thought Molly’s hysterical laughter on Tow Mater’s was an exaggeration, until I experienced it for myself. It is not at all an exaggeration. I laughed hysterically the entire time too! It’s just so much fun!
I highly recommend going to Disneyland and DCA at Halloween. Both parks are elevated to the next level and I just love Halloween.

Congrats to Chef Alan! I’m sitting at Naples right now eating brunch before our fight out and “meat stick on a cheesy pretzel bun” was the best thing I ate on the trip! Probably only second to the beef birria seasonal sandwich at Jolly Holiday as the best thing I’ve ever eaten in a Disney Park! Amazing epiphany on your part!

😂 The chaos twins are 100% Chip and Dale. I've never been to Disneyland during the Halloween 🦇 season, I'm definitely putting it on my bucket list now. Even without the party addition it looks like a good time, although Oogie Boogie does look awesome.

The BEST iteration of the DCA drop tower will always be "Late Check Out". Unfortunately, it only graced the park for a limited time right before the attraction was shut down for the Mission Breakout re-design. I wish Hollywood Studios would do "Late Check Out" during the Halloween season.
Also, as soon as I saw you guys getting the Garlic Cheesy Pretzel Bread, I knew the reaction was going to be one of disgust and disappointment...at just how good a Disneyland snack is compared to WDW. That Garlic Cheesy Pretzel Bread is bonkers good. If you come back out here, try it with the marinara sauce as well.

I’ve seen enough games that do that (cough Kingdom Hearts, FNAF cough) that I’ve kind of been desensitized to it and I kind of like figuring out what goes where. The whole wibbly wobbly timey wimey ness of them all does make you think.
35:57 Now when you say “produce head” do you mean having a produce AS a head or making a jackolantern substitute for decoration? My mom used to carve and paint dried out gourds with the tall top halves and those were cool. I’d have to go baby pumpkin for both honestly. I have a small frame, small head, small hands, chicken legs as my mom calls them so I think a baby pumpkin would be great for both. But would you have to trade them out after a while if you’re going for the former option? Produce does get icky after not that much time. I’ve worked in a few grocery stores and seen A LOT of bad produce that still gives me the willies today!

42:33 Sorry guys, vegetarian over here. Not by choice, just necessity because my insides will revolt against me if I eat anything beef or pork. No idea why, just one day they decided to do that. Coming up to 10 years since I last had an actual cheeseburger and not a cheese sandwich with no meat. Pork is at least 5-6 years now but honestly I don’t miss either of them after all the time NOT having one. I don’t even know if I could have even a bite of a burger or a pork rib and my insides would be fine. I’d rather not chance that since I don’t like being in horrendous pain and laying in the bathroom for 3 days. Which has happened before and totally completely sucks.
See being one who has gone to Disneyland too many times to count we love Disney worlds food better. They both have good points though. Just my thought. ❤❤

Perhaps the reason the food in DL may be better than in WDW, may be, because WDW is way bigger. They have many more people to feed, I don't know. Just a thought????
