I don’t understand how the oddballs with bad taste hate on her and don’t seem to recognize actual good talent. Thankfully, they’re in the minority. I’m getting Tales from the Crypt, The Vault of Horror and The Haunt of Fear (EC comics) vibes the more I look at the promo reel of the film. It’s like if Tim Burton is actually directing in that style, but I don’t know since he doesn’t like reading comics, I’m not sure if he grew up with looking at the images of the comics and how they were hit rough by the time they were released? I don’t know why I thought of it, I just don’t? I’m really excited about seeing it but i need to watch the first one first.

I really hope it lives to all the hype as the original was so amazing. Everything I have read about this, and the original cast is that they would not have done it unless the script was amazing. I am hoping they are right about it! The fact Michael Keaton says in this interview he did not make up many of the lines this time like before because it was written in the style of the first film with no CGi and all hand made.
