@@dleetr you compare standart bullion to collectors coins. Bulmint mints hundreds of thousands of those coins, pressburg only limited editions. different type of things here!

They produce BU variants in gold and silver which sell at retail for reasonable premium bullion prices (like Perth Mint Koalas or Kooks).. One would imagine their current low volume due to lack of widespread recognition is what is keeping the numbers low. The equilibrium appears to have a mintage limit of 30K but there's not mintage limit on the other BU varieties. Thanks.
With the increase in premiums making silver worth more over spot you’d be better buying a 10oz silver bar for $370 approx than a 10oz coin for $467 if you are investing. The only redeeming factor would be the coin may have collectable value to coin collectors but if it were to be damaged or a milk spot appears it’s collectibility drops and again maybe worth spot. Correct me if you have another opinion.
yeah for coins, the hardest part is keeping that average on a coin under the $40 mark. I had a big few months of buying from March to September but have pulled back the past few months. I would love some of these coins but not at the current price. Guess we all have our buy in figures set right!!!!
Just looking at First State Auctions Online and they have gold, platinum and silver for Auction. The prices are crazy. They are getting above retail on the lots PLUS you have to add 20% buyers premium so the kilo silver bar they have at $1100 you have to add another $220 to it if it stays that price. That’s $1320 for a kilo. As I write this you can get a kilo from Bullion Now for $1107. Don’t get ripped off. Do your research.

Tokelau is a territory of New Zealand and uses the NZD. The effigy also gives it away as that's the one NZ Mint uses as well. You pronounce it as tow·kuh·lau
@@SilverWingnut I'm not disputing that, I was just pointing out that it's a territory of NZ and as such it has the NZ version of the Queen's effigy and a denomination of NZD$5. With a population of 1500 and a land mass of 10 square kilometres (3.9 sq miles) spread over 3 coral atolls, it relies heavily on NZ for aid. It offsets some of this by allowing various mints to produce coins using it's name. And as to your above statement, the Bull & Bear coins and the Goddess Europa coins are minted by Bulmint in Bulgaria. There is also the 2020 Royal Portraits 1oz silver coin featuring all 5 of the effigies on the reverse with the current Jody Clarke effigy on the obverse and that one was struck by B.H. Mayer in Germany. I would say that Tokelau have agreements with multiple mints/agencies around the world to use it's name.

Doesn't British royal Mint realise the pointlessness of releasing new coin designs if they don't first address the white-spotting issue. They could boost their sales a thousand fold if they cared enough to fix their quality control.

Gosh the gold King Arthur looks sweet! Not much of a fan for the Royal Mint silvers, looks like there’s already quite a bit of milkspots.

I have 2 Bull Bear Silver coins from 2021. Both have small milkspots unfurtunalely. The spots are getting bigger...
