Thanks for the video, my clutch is the exact same. 2011 G56 Cummins with the Gorilla Juice and literally makes the EXACT same noises. I wanted to make sure I didn't have a faulty throw-out bearing.

Nature of the beast of being loud. Dual disc and single mass flywheel

Thanks for the video. I put turbomaxx additive in my engine, trans, and diffs. You can tell how well it modifies friction as on a slight decline that looks flat I can cost in neutral for miles. You can look up RUclips videos about turbomaxx friction test.

I think something was missed on this install. I have the dual disc quiet in my '17, I get no noises like that driving down the road, just some gear rollover noise if I lug the engine. I'm running Redline MTL which has been little better in cold weather for me vs the Delvac 50 or amsoil mtg.

Notice how your odd number gears are quite compared to the even number gears. 1-3-5 gears are on the main shaft. 2-4-6 are on the counter shaft.

Broooo I recently ran into this problem and the counter shaft bearing was indeed shot! You won’t know until you take one apart!

I just watched the video and I think it's general, I have a south bend double disc clutch on a 2018 Ram and it sounds the same, it's the Bering that presses the plate but I don't think the sound is going to stop with that. And I put the recommended oil by the manufacturer ATF4 any recommendation will be welcomed

anything new to add here? The noise seems obnoxious. I'm slipping a second stock clutch and I'm trying to find something that'll keep the trans alive...this doesn't sound like it.

That's your trans man. Nothing to do with the clutch. You have a bad counter shaft bearing

    Is this the quiet version?

It’s the quiet version. What I did to quiet it down was put some foam right where the shifter boot is.

Yeah oil in your transmission is not gonna fix a bad bearing you got something coming loose that has nothing to do with the clutch especially when you’re driving

Incorrect install, they failed to remove the washer in clutch fork pivot ball: now clutch throw out bearing is riding on the clutch fingers

countershaft bearing noise, nothing to do with clutch
