Ladhakh is a very small section of the erstwhile Tibetian region . After China occupied part of it , they too have offered massive employment in PLA to many thousands of people of the same ethnicity . Same goes for Gorkhas and people living in the Sikkim region as well. I am not sure which job has more benefits . A job with Indian Army or with the PLA.
