In February we headed to Hamburg to pay a visit to our dear sponsors Mahlkoenig. Nestled in the tranquil north-eastern outskirts of Hamburg, Hemro Group’s Mahlkoenig factory produces some of the best grinders on the market today. One of them is the legend EK43. Mostly marketing team though:) it was quite fascinating to see what does it takes to make on grinder but I think you can really see it from 4 minutes video.

that would be very interesting. the grinder is such and important part of the brewing process and there are so many ways to do it. amazing how almost everywhere I go I see ek43s. People just love them. U guys are so lucky to have a tiny one.
Potentially great video if it had better sound. Get a RØDE Wireless GO II and drop the stock music when people are talking.

dose ek 43 need special adjustment for grinding turkish coffee ? or need to change disc ( i heard that it has special turkish disc )
Not really. They don't come aligned perfectly that's the biggest issue.
