Anfim, Mahlkonig & Ditting Coffee Grinder Factory

In another video coming from our Italian visit we are excited to share with you a tour of the Hemro Group Coffee Grinder factory where they make grinders for Anfim, Mahlkonig and Ditting. This visit was much anticipated for us as we are big fans of Anfim grinders and if you've watched a few of our videos you will see them being used in our espresso bar and in many of our wholesale partners cafes.

A bit envy on the Sicilian Cannoli you had :) Next time, can you please zoom more on the QC test of those grinders? II assume, in addition to the visual inspection they have a kind of functional test.

How can you assess that a grinder is grinding if you don't put beans tbrough it?
