Do you think there is something sustainable that an arm wrestler can take that will help him be the best version of himself 5-10 years from that point and keep training to get stronger in the next 10++ years? Or does taking anything really unhealthy and will hurt/weaken you the longer you get it? Also, is only taking something just before an event better?
Hey bro, so there are absolutely things that will make u better 10+ years down the road and taking peds day of is super important if you are going to get on. I don’t like giving advice as I don’t feel qualified and it’s not something I fully support. I would say minimalism is the best route for longevity. Low dose test, primo, gh is a fairly safe combo but definitely take some time to do your own research.
Where do people get this stuff? All I know is there's always a guy, but where does he get it? It's probably for the best that I'm clueless because the temptation would be too much, and I got into armwrestling to get healthy, not to harm myself. I wish everyone was this honest about what they're on, rather than pretending they beat you on a level playing field, but it is what it is. We all play the game and make our own choices.
