Thanks for sharing. GNOME is my favorite desktop environment. I have tried KDE and Cinnamon, but I always return to GNOME. I like its workflow, which helps me concentrate on work. And yes, if you want some extra features, you have extensions that allow you to modify only the items you need without overloading the system. I like this approach.
