How many times a week should you be doing the exercises and what about reps and sets? Once again thank you for a fantastic insight into exercises and the Orange whip. Brilliant. Thanks Stuart! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you! 3 days a week and 10 reps of each exercise should do it! Just one set is fine for maintenance and performing 2-3 sets will increase your body and swing results. Once you are comfortable with the movements you can do this as a daily routine! i have an orange whip but never use it, maybe i should. thnx for the info.
This does not help a golf swing at all but I like to use it for stretching but does not do anything for a golf swing!!!!
You're a doofus then, this is the best training aid on the market hands down
I bought one about 2 months ago, it has helped my tempo immensely resulting in a better strike and better dispersion.
