I've watched another surgeon in NYC that's used this a lot with good results. But still I see him mention sometimes that an excision is probably required for the excess skin in the flanks/abdomen. Does J Plasma have a low ceiling, or diminishing returns on multiple applications?

Our patients usually get this done as an add-on to their surgical procedure, so in most cases this is a one time thing, you generally see improvements just from the 1 session, we have some external skin tightening treatments that we offer in office that you can always do later on as well.
Do you recommend buccal fat with jplasma or do it separately j plasma 6 mths after seeing the results of the buccal fat ?? I know some girls get bad results of buccal fat like 💀look is it because the skin got thight to much in the natural way without j plasma?? I have big round face with no chin and big cheeks but I have loose skin on my lower face and jawls..so I know I don't want my big cheeks cz dosen't match my skin body but I'm scare to look 💀+ loose skin
