Great video! Thanks! hey quick question, can you use this as a CRM and email campaign tool? Say I want to keep the clients, past and present in a contacts management. Send out automated emails based on actions/triggers and such. Using fluentcrm now, but love the contract/payment tools with honeybook and the pipeline. Are there shortcodes to add this to your Wordpress website?

It depends on what you're using Quickbooks for. Overall I would say the answer is no. HoneyBook does integrate with Quickbooks but depending on what you need Quickbooks for HoneyBook isn't going to fit all of those needs. It's more of a companion app along side Quickbooks.

Hey there. I'm actually not familiar with ShootFlow.l I'm looking at it online as I type this. They look like they're fairly similar as far as features. I know for me I'm just a stickler for nice looking design and clean UI. That's what originally got me on HoneyBook. Currently at this time Honeybook can’t really help you set up custom emails. So you’ll have to have one of those yourself to use with HoneyBook.

The stuff you start within the trial should stay with your account if you go live. If you have any other questions about HoneyBook just let me know.

How does it fit into your website? Do your clients have to create a HB account?
For fitting into my website there's 2 different ways I can add it to my website. Through my contact form on my contact page. And also, I could add a link to the client portal. I currently don't use this and just have my clients reply to my emails and we communicate that way.

at 10:12 you said Honeybook is great for people who are starting to get more clients. I'm not there yet, lol but I do get inquiries. @ $40 a month and almost $500 a year. (ima aware of discount Your Page offers) Is there a range in which you feel someone should surpass before buying into honeybook. Your welcome to message me directly or comment under.
I thin it really depends mainly on what type of photography you do and then also how many clients you’re holding down. So honestly to be able to track everything and keep things running smoothly I think you could start out with HoneyBook but on the same time if you’re not booking a lot that’s a hefty price to pay when starting out. Once you’re running into about let’s say 5-10 sessions at least a month or every other month I think it starts becoming important. It’ll help you stay on track with everything.
I already use WIX (the backend) for my CRM how easy would it be to switch everything from Wix to Honeybook while still using wix for my website (hope that question makes sense)
Totally makes sense. I think it should be fairly easy. I'm not sure what WIX has on the backend but I know the HoneyBook team would also be able to help out with that.

You can’t. Honeybook is only for the client management, contract, receiving payments side of things.

is there a way to assign team members to certain bookings through honeybook and then it connecting to their calendars?
There is. You can even set it up so certain inquiries from a form go to a specific person on your team and other things.
After watching your video and doing a trial with HB, I am wondering how you handle Client Galleries.
For my client galleries I use a service called Pic-Time. So Honeybook handles all of the communication and payments for my clients and Pic-Time handles the gallery uploads, deliveries, downloads, and print orders.
Whats your code though. When I click the link it just brings me to honey book. But I have went on the free trial and its asking me for code for coupon. Can you help me still?

I shoot weddings anywhere. Generally up and down the East Coast. It's funny I actually can't book weddings in my own town. I have an easier time booking in other places. For uploading the photos you'll need to use a different service for that. Honeybook is mainly for the client communication and contracts side of things.
How many seats do you get with your subscription? I have 14 staff members and all would need their own access and we would all need to be able to work on the same project at the same time.
As of right now I don't think there's a limit on how many team members you can have while using your HoneyBook account.
Can Honeybook be integrated into my website? Also, will the automations work with any email domain? I just created one that is catered to my business.
Yes. It can be integrated into your site. You can create a contact form and put that on your site. I made a video about it ruclips.net/video/fstbZStYzBU/видео.html. This way when someone inquires it goes straight into your HoneyBook. The automations also will work with every email address since they’re triggered inside of HoneyBook. So create whatever you need and you will be good to go.
Probably a question for other UK subscribers. Does anyone know a good UK equivalent of honey book?
I really hope they expand across seas soon. HoneyBook is such a great platform. The fact that they're only in the states is a problem.

Yes. Basically with Honeybook you're able to email your clients, as well as set them up with contracts to sign and to pay you for your services. It's pretty awesome.

That’s cool. HoneyBook is actually great for anyone even non-wedding photographers. I use it all of the time to send model release forms and contracts and get paid for non-wedding type work too! Basically any service based business can use it.

Is HoneyBook only for photography or videography?
It’s not. Honestly you could use it for any business where you need digital contracts and accepting payments.
Am I not able to see all these features from a cellphone?
The app version is pretty different than the main version on desktop. They don't totally all work the same. However, there are a lot of the same features, but the desktop version is the main place where as the app is just supposed to be while you're mobile.
how honey book compares to sproutstudio?
I've actually never had the chance to use Sprout studio so I'm not sure how it compares.
