Great video, love all the info you provide. Starting and growing your channel is definitely the toughest part, but the thing is that you need to give viewers the content they want to see, the content they can't live without. Same like business owners give people products they need in their life. Also you have to stay hard working and consistent (and you should also use a little bit of Famester to make everything a lot easier. For me, it feels like I am in control of everything and I don't need to worry about algorithms anymore).
Hey Dan, I have gained some valuable and pertinent information in building my RUclips channel and I thank you very much and I’m spending the time to do the research to find out exactly what’s most important to those that I want to reach out to. I’ve been listening to videos the last 7 days and I’ll continue and then I will build out 8 to 10 videos over four weeks. Get into editing them, adding tags, do the SEO & make sure that my title, description and thumbnails are the best they can be and then we’ll publish and post them. I think I’m gonna join the RUclips 1K challenge even though it was last January I’m sure I can hear Sean Cannell’s recording.

I got my first mini viral short yesterday! Normally, my shorts tend to get less than 1k views but my most recent one garnered 4.7k views. It may not be that much of an achievement for some of you, however for me it is amazing!🎉🎉🎉💯💯 Edit: Thanks for all the nice replies!
I am trying to reach 1000 by the end of the year. But it’s a struggle. They used to push out my dog videos but not lately. I made one about a rock snake last Wednesday and it got very few views until a couple days ago. Then it quickly got 4200 views. I guess they tested it with the subscribers first.
