Hello! This is Leemon from Bangladesh! I caught you up late so I was trying to watch the full episode from the beginning and I have a query from the very first question. In that question they were asking which option was correct for diagnosing exogeneous insulin administration and the correct answer was option A. In option A, C-peptide was low. My question is why C peptide will be low? Shouldn't C peptide be remain normal as exogenous insulin has no affect on it, hence shouldn't the answer be option D? It will be really helpful if you clear this. And also thanks for your wonderful session. Hope you will continue like this.

Great question!! Exogenous insulin will actually suppress endogenous insulin and you will get low endogenous insulin and thus low C-peptide :)
