I’ve been following since Hannah was pregnant with G and it’s always shocked me that this RUclips channel doesn’t have millions with all the effort you put in, the beauty, the vulnerability, and just how much like home you all feel. I’m 30 now and still hoping that my life turns out to be even a glimpse like yours.

Hey guys, this video was supposed to go up on Sunday (I think my fat dad fingers must have selected the wrong day when I scheduled it, oh well) - btw the book at the end is actually just something I made up on the train to London. I was going to read out an extract of my actual serious book but then I thought it would be way funnier if I wrote something absolutely terrible and as a joke and pretended that was a bit of my new book. The problem is I loved writing the terrible version more than the serious one and now I want to continue with the story of Steven. Anyway, i love you all and thanks for being here. Xxx

I'm actually one of your brand new viewers. Although I dont have the benefit of knowing you guys over the last decade, I'm definitely sensing a feeling of restlessness and a fresh yearning for purpose. I spent my 30s desperately doing the same. I'd raised my family, career, relationships and friendships and still felt that there was a central part of 'me' missing. An incredibly insightful acquaintance pointed out that I was the epitome of a tourtured artist - I had played the violin since childhood and music my passion, but had always compartmentalised that part of my life. So I let go and realised my purpose was this wonderful gift the universe had given me. I've been a musician since birth, and have had the honour of being a full time all consuming violinist for the last decade. It's been bloody hard work too, but I'm finally at peace. I truly, and sincerely hope you find yours too. Namaste 🙏
I will never not watch this channel - it's the most authentic content going and a serious breath of fresh air in a society that idolises perfection and the 'instagram life'. Just found your channel. So much I could say (philosophical). Our life pulled the rug slowly in 2019, then quickly in summer 2020 and then it was "go" time.
To me all of life is a conversation between the soul and the human self, so the rug pull was initiated by the/each soul.
That being said, we shifted every molecule of our life & are living off grid & our dreams of even having some form of septic remain unrealized - of course we would have to truck in the water to use it- so we're using a composting toilet so believe me I get how challenging the nitty gritty can be.
Yes, you two have the challenge of children, but my husband and I have the challenge of about a million years on you!😅
Keep doing what you're doing: take cues from situation & intution; take action; manage the hell out of the stress of it all..constantly. Constantly.
All is well- but the future, sometimes of even the next 10 minutes- can be unclear, unknown & that stresses the mind. You're doing great! ❤
So long as you're here creating and putting out content, I'll be here to watch and enjoy them. Trying to navigate "what to do next" after being financially self sufficient in the digital world is honestly one of the scariest / confusing things, I'm currently in that boat myself, but I know you guys will figure it out in no time. Yes yes yes come to italyyyy!!! TUSCANY IS THE BEST! PISA - we got the sea in 20 min -mountains+skiing in 1.5 h + English school for the kids. Amazing paradise. Im not sure why i had unsubscribed as i love your content. I think sometimes we can just casually folllow people and not be intentional with which content we want to consume. And i think my unsubcribing was as a reaction to that rather than morr personal.

The caravan on the beach saga all spiralled during covid! We have one in Abersoch on the Warren and some of those were hiked up to 900,000!!!! And the t&cs actually mean you can only keep it for 20 years and then you have to hand it back 🙈

Wow, this is the first time I've heard someone with professional expertise talk about the alienating factor of cinematic cameras. I'm probably not typical of the general population - stopped going to films in cinemas several decades ago and when I tried it this past summer I was in shock at how uncomfortable I was being in a movie theatre (vs home) seeing this incredibly high quality moving images but not being able to stop it in the middle and move around and the size of the screen also being so immersive I found it oppressive. Yes, it was beautiful. No, I'm not going back. Sticking with youtube. Finding the right balance between making a good visual impression and totally overwhelming people (obviously, it depends on the person - people, thank goodness, are VERY different from one another) - but yeah, finding that balance is tricky. So happy to hear you discussing it.

I watch your channel since back in day when Hannah was pregnant for the first time! I do think that overtime the format changed a little by Hannah stepping down a bit and Steph being more the main focus. I did not watch you as often but lately these couple of months I do really enjoy your content and how the format is changing as your audience changing. As you grow your audience grows with you and experiences the same hardships, ups and downs. I do not think this is the end for your guys I just think it’s a detour into a more deeper and authentic reflection of your life that is not the same as 10 years ago! Sending you much love!
